Sometimes I just want to go back and share a few words with the teenage girl I was back then. Things I wish someone was there to tell me. And now I wish to share these words with every girl growing up to be a spectacular woman.

“I’m not going to tell you about the word and its people. I’m going to speak to you only about your self-worth. Your spine is strong to stand tall for every true beat of your heart.

Don’t worry about the scar on your cheek, your many curves or the size of your feet. You hold beauty within even if it is deeply hidden. Allow yourself to know the genius of your creation. Your voice and your words are to be heard. Your thoughts are valid. Your feelings, fears and needs are as important as your smile.

You matter and you are enough. Stop whispering to yourself ‘This is what I should be’. Instead my love just let yourself be.”
